Availability: Developed using public funds, so available as a free download.

Description: A field data collection system. The mobile component is confined to Palm operating system. Downside: this is no longer very popular. Upside: the hardware is now quite inexpensive. The system is very well tested and robust. EcoNab could be re-writen for iPhone and Android, if funding available.
